We advise on engagements where a technical second opinion, an architecture review or a pre-engagement discovery is useful, and our recommendations are made within a frame in which a later delivery remains possible, whether by us, by your internal team or by another partner.

Engagement packages

Every package starts from a clear objective.

Each package starts with a worked-out architecture and ends with a clean handover to your operations team, and we agree the scope and the investment frame together after a first inventory of the work at hand.

How we work

Our approach.

Every engagement follows a repeatable course from analysis through implementation into ongoing operation.

01

Intake

We understand the question, the environment, and the decision to be taken. Advisory without a clear occasion we do not take on.

02

Review

We go through documents, code, architecture, or contracts in a targeted way and speak to the relevant people. The review is bounded and focused on what matters.

03

Classification

Findings, risks, and recommendations are written down. You can use the document in the board or steering committee.

04

Accompaniment

Where useful, we accompany the implementation of the recommendations or the vendor selection. Implementation by us is possible but not a condition.

Typical use cases

Where this work carries the most weight.

A selection of typical engagements, without drawing a closed list, so requests beyond these areas are explicitly welcome.

Assessment of an existing architecture before a major investment.

Structured preparation of a procurement or tender.

Technical second opinion on an offer or architectural decision.

Accompaniment during an escalation with an existing service provider.

Coaching for a new engineering leadership.

Common questions

What decision-makers usually ask.

Answers to the questions we are asked most often during the framing of an engagement.

4 questions

Yes. Advisory is a stand-alone format. We often recommend it before procurement, without that procurement going to us automatically.
