We design user flows, components, and states for applications whose surface has to carry substantive logic. Before implementation we build prototypes that let business, engineering, and management check the same logic. Over the engagement, design systems emerge that are robust as a library.

Engagement packages

Every package starts from a clear objective.

Each package starts with a worked-out architecture and ends with a clean handover to your operations team, and we agree the scope and the investment frame together after a first inventory of the work at hand.

2 – 4 weeks

Start here

Product discovery

Structured capture of user groups, tasks, and special cases. The outcome is an information architecture and a clickable prototype as a basis for decisions.

Included

  • Interviews with business users and end users
  • Information architecture
  • User flows with states
  • Clickable prototype
  • Assessment of special cases

Best suited for

Engagements where the product picture is not yet set and the decision should be reviewed together.

How we work

Our approach.

Every engagement follows a repeatable course from analysis through implementation into ongoing operation.

01

Understand

We understand users, tasks, and special cases. Substantive depth is part of the design, not an add-on.

02

Design

We build prototypes that let everyone check the same flow. Only then are hierarchy, copy, feedback, and state logic refined.

03

Build the system

Components, variants, tokens, and multilingual behaviour are built in Figma and in code. Handover follows a documented standard.

04

Accompany

Design QA accompanies implementation. Extensions follow a documented component process.

Typical use cases

Where this work carries the most weight.

A selection of typical engagements, without drawing a closed list, so requests beyond these areas are explicitly welcome.

A new application should be conceived as an executable system before implementation begins.

Several products should be led under a shared design system.

An existing application with a grown surface should be structurally unified.

A brand or design system migration with a clear migration phase.

Reducing to what is substantively necessary, against historically grown complexity.

Common questions

What decision-makers usually ask.

Answers to the questions we are asked most often during the framing of an engagement.

4 questions

Yes. Design is a stand-alone format. Later implementation by us is possible but not a condition.
