Process - How we shape the work together.

We work out goals, risks and success criteria together with you before the first day of development, and run the implementation in iterations with clear approval gates until the system is ready for production.

Approach

Three phases from brief into live operation.

Discover, build and deliver form the frame of every engagement, and each phase ends with defined artefacts in your possession.

01

Discover

We work with your team to make sense of the objective, the user groups and the constraints of the project, and we fix the criteria the system will later be measured against.

02

Build

We run the build in short, traceable cycles whose progress can be measured against the success criteria agreed up front and stays transparent to the business side at any point.

03

Deliver

Before the rollout we align monitoring, alerting rules and incident procedures with your operations team so the handover into the running system rests on solid procedures.

What you take over

Tangible artefacts from every stage.

At the end of every stage you receive concrete documents and system parts that go into your possession and can be continued with any provider.

Document

Architecture specification

Interfaces, data model, security profile and design decisions with their rationale.

Concept

Security & compliance profile

Authentication, authorisation, encryption and logging, documented to audit standard.

Runbooks

Operations playbooks

Standard procedures, incident workflows and escalation paths in Markdown, under your version control.

Live

Monitoring & alerts

Dashboards for performance, availability and domain metrics, with alarm rules tuned to your on-call team.

System

Audit trail

Every state change with actor and timestamp, tamper-evident and exportable at any time.

Contract

Maintenance frame

Defined response times, change procedures and service levels, agreed in the contract.

Our standards - What our work is measured by.

These principles shape the course of an engagement and the quality of what you take over in the end.

  • Meticulous. Interfaces, roles, and responsibilities are described in writing before they enter the codebase. Architecture and success criteria are fixed before the first sprint.
  • Pragmatic. Effort flows first into work with the largest operational lever. Prioritisation is documented together with you and re-evaluated along the way.
  • Adaptable. Requirements change over time. Our process provides defined moments for scope adjustments and governs them contractually, without losing the delivery path.
  • Transparent. Project status, open risks, and the trade-offs we have made are communicated in writing on a regular cadence. You know at any time what is moving and what is stuck.
  • Reliable. Operational readiness is part of acceptance. Subsequent service levels are governed by a separate maintenance contract with defined response times.
  • Maintainable. The system is specified so that continued development by us, by your internal team, or by another partner remains possible at any time.

Frequent questions

What clients typically want to know.

Answers to the questions that come up most often in first conversations, and if something here doesn't cover your case, we talk it through in the kickoff.

6 questions

You receive the architecture spec, security profile, runbooks and monitoring setup in your own version control, and the code lives in your repository from day one, where we work together rather than transferring it later.
